What We're Eating This Week

You'll see some repetition below.  It's a simple week.  I didn't have energy to create an ambitious menu, so we're using a lot of the same veggies throughout while varying the meals.

Camembert, Bacon, and Potato Tart
Mixed Greens, Strawberries, Almonds, Raspberry Vinaigrette

Mon
Potage au Pistou (French version of Italy's Minestrone)
Crusty Bread

Tues
Chicken Sausage with Green Chilis
Fresh Corn Sauté with Red Onion, Bell Peppers and Basil
Mixed Greens with Tomatoes and Vinaigrette

Wed
Spaghetti Squash, Onions, Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Tomatoes
Crusty Bread

Thurs
out with friends

Fri
leftovers
