I'm so glad you like the new look! I am loving it!
And the running/eating thing... Here's how I see it: I want to lose some waist-age, so if I run AND eat healthier I can lose weight. If I run and eat the same, I'll maintain my weight and if I just eat and no run, I'll keep on gaining. Once I've found my way back into my jeans comfortably, I'll probably move to the run/eat-what-you-want kinda thing. Last time I trained, I didnt see much body change until I got over 4 miles anyway (and I'm still huffing & puffing through 2 miles!)
