Chris's parents came to town for the weekend. We celebrated the 4th by eating Indian food (www.claypit.com), watching fireworks at Auditorium Shores, and eating blueberry pie.
It was packed, but fun to be in the midst of the chaos. I saw a ton of people who had brought their dogs (bad, bad, bad), and we saw 2 beautiful doggies run off, leash attached, out of sheer terror of the fireworks. It was heartbreaking to see since we recently experienced the loss of our dog. I hope the owners find them!
Finally! I got a picture with Leslie, although not the best quality.

Chris this is Jane's Mom! We almost went downtown to watch fireworks but decided to stay home in Lakeway to watch our little Parade and Big Fireworks here at the park.
Please tell your Mom and Dad I said hello!
