Bison, It's What's For Dinner

Tonight's: Seared Bison with a mixture of Whole Grain Mustard and Kalamata Olives with Julienned Peppers on a Portobello

Saturday's: Mahi-Mahi with Saffron Rice, Boston Lettuce, Grapefruit, Avocado, Lime-Basil Vinaigrette and Sesame Seeds
